NINA MORRIS. RETURNS POLICY.

We are a small craft-based business. Our clothes are handmade ethically with love and care in London, UK. Most of our items are made to order. We do not carry large stocks of any item we make. Needless returns damage our business and spoil your experience. We ask that you are mindful of this before you order.

If you are unsure about the nature of an item or sizing, please ask. Please don’t order if you are anticipating to try and then return.

Occasionally returns are inevitable. So if you must return an item to us, so long as it is unworn and unmarked with all labels intact, and within 14 days of purchase, we will issue you a credit note or refund.

We cannot offer refunds on any item that we have made to order. It will always be clearly stated in our sales information if an item is made to order at point of sale.

We do not pay postage on returns, and we cannot refund any import duties you may have paid. We ask that any item returned is returned by a registered mail service. We cannot refund items that go missing in the post.

The less needless returns, the more we can focus on delivering you the beautiful clothes you love and deserve. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
